Classroom Management: Rules vs. Relationships
Every behavior is motivated by an underlying need, whether it be the need for comfort, control, attention, safety, affirmation, importance, or something else entirely. Become a feelings detective by learning how to identify the feeling underneath some of the most commonly frustrating behaviors and learn how to utilize the F.A.T. triangle to help address not just the behavior but the underlying need as well.

For a variety of reasons, childhood anxiety rates are soaring, and children are exhibiting signs of anxiousness, worry and fear. In this session, Sissy will address common age specific issues and provide practical tools to help you understand why their brain is working against them and what to do when these situations arise.
THIS YEAR WE WILL BE COLLECTING SUPPLIES FOR KIDS IN GEORGIA THROUGH MISSION GEORGIA.
This year we will be collecting supplies for kids in Georgia through Mission Georgia. These items will be placed in child literacy backpacks for underserved children at local schools. Look for the bins in the Lobby area for you to drop these items on the day of the conference.
