With 24/7, you will embark on a transformational journey of self-discovery and heart renewal, challenging the status quo of your church and allowing you to make an even greater impact in your community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. You’ll delve into seven questions that will help you gain clarity and transform your ministry.
Day One: Spiritual Health
Principle: An intimate relationship with Christ changes everything.
Self-Study
- Read the Book: “Leadership Pain” by Sam Chand
- Listen to a Podcast: “Intimacy with God” John Eldredge.
- Explore a Website: How to have Intimacy with God. Visit this dedicated website for a wealth of resources, articles, and guided practices on building intimacy with Christ.
- Reflect and Journal: “My Intimacy Journey with Christ”. Take time each day to reflect on your personal experiences, insights, and challenges in developing intimacy with Christ. Consider keeping a journal to document your thoughts, prayers, and the lessons you learn along the way. This reflective practice can serve as a valuable companion on your spiritual journey.

Day Two: Mental Wellness
Principle: The power of the gospel transforms the mind, body, soul, and spirit.
Self-Study
- Read a Book: “Emotionally Healthy Discipleship” by Pete Scazzero.
- Listen to a Podcast Episode: “Grace for Mental Health” from The Bible for Normal People.
- Explore a Website: www.MindfulChristianityToday.com. Visit Mindful Christianity Today, a website dedicated to promoting mental wellness from a Christian perspective.
- Reflect and Apply: “My Mental Wellness Journey Journal”. Consider maintaining a journal to reflect on your mental wellness journey. Use this journal to document your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, as well as insights gained from the recommended book, podcast, and website. Set realistic goals for integrating mental health practices into your daily life and track your progress over time.

Day Three: Life-to-Life
Principle: Intentional discipleship changes the world.

- Listen to a podcast: “Episode 602: Judah and Chelsea Smith” The Carey Nieuwhof Leadership Podcast.
- Explore a website – Discipleshp.org. Discipleship.org is a collaborative community of men and women committed to the discipleship lifestyle—being disciples of Jesus and making disciples of Jesus.
- Reflect and Journal: Who are you intentionally pouring into for life transformation? Write a paragraph about those you are currently moving through the process of discipleship or those you would like to start. Also, reflect on those who have spent time to make sure your walk with Christ reflects his nature and character.

Day Four: Leadership Movement
Principle: Leadership moves people to expand kingdom impact.

- Listen to a podcast: “Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast.”
- Explore a website: “The Art of Leadership Network.”
- Reflect and Journal: Write about the amount of pressure you feel in the ministry right now, as well as the ways you can release some of that pressure through good leadership practices.

Day Five: Finding Your Community Niche
My uniqueness in Christ makes me valuable to the Kingdom.

- Reflect and Journal: Write about some of the ways God has uniquely gifted you for ministry. Then, write about some of the key people God has placed in your ministry that will help you reach out to your community.

Day Six: Community Pastoring
Influence opens community doors of opportunity.

- Read an Article: “Do Churches Contribute to their Communities?” Barna Group.
- Explore a website: “9 Markers of churches who strongly influence their community with the gospel.”
- Reflect and Journal: Make a list of 5 ways you can build bridges of hope in your community.
- Register for the Community Influence Learning Lab on June 27th at the Noonday Association of Churches here.
Day Seven: Church Multiplication
Principle: If my church isn’t multiplying, it’s dying.

- Reflect and Journal: When you dream of what your church could accomplish through church multiplication. Write down a few goals for the coming year that would move you closer to the ability to multiply in a greater way.
