Joy Drake
First Impressions, Print, Websites, Promotions
Joy Drake, a consultant, speaker and certified digital marketer, currently leads the Print & Promotions division at Noonday. Her professional journey spans 20+ years, during which she has gained extensive experience in web design, marketing, e-commerce, and graphic design. Having consulted for hundreds of churches & companies, including TGI Fridays and Orange, Joy brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Prior to joining Noonday, she spent eight years serving as a Communications Director for a church in Cobb County. Off duty, Joy is a proud dugout mom, juggling work and family life with her blended family of five kids.
Kim Harris
By-laws, Strategy, KidMin & NextGen
Kim is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and moved to Marietta upon the completion of her degree. She has been involved in ministry in the local church and in two associations in the areas of education, outreach, leadership development and community engagement. For many years she led conferences on the local, state and national level and is a published author.
Kim is married to Randy, the Public Defender of Paulding County and is the mother of 2 children and grandmother to 4.
Scott Rourk
Church Planting, Missions
Recent Send Network endorsed Church Replanter, Dr. Scott Rourk, not only has twenty-five years of church planting experience, having helped plant ten churches worldwide, but he is actively replanting a church in East Cobb. He brings his expertise to church planters and churches wanting to replicate. He serves church planters, replanters, and revitalizers monthly at his Church Planter Check-in occurring on the second Tuesday of each month. He also actively engages the community through Missional Pastor Meet-ups where he brings churches and the community together for gospel projects around the metro area.
Bill Sizemore
Coaching & Training
Meet Bill – a pastor, coach, trainer, author, and public speaker who currently serves as the Pastor of Reliant Ministries in Dallas, GA., Church Consultant for Noonday Association, and Lead Trainer for the Send Network of Atlanta. Bill’s heart and devotion to discipleship have led to the development of training materials that are used worldwide to help people grow in their walk with God. He has been pastoring churches for over 30 years with his wife Kim, and they are proud parents of two daughters who serve the Lord and recently became grandparents. Bill is dedicated to helping people and churches reach their maximum potential for kingdom expansion.
