By now all our Noonday churches should have received an email from Tom Crites of the Georgia Baptist Mission Board about the 2020 Annual Church Report (ACR). This information is so important to us as an association to be able to get a statistical handle on how the churches are doing. We have extended the deadline to October 15, 2020, for your convenience.
To complete the forms, you can go to http://igo.gabaptist.org and enter your username and password from Tom’s email. (We can help you get that info as well.) Or you can download printable forms HERE. You can then mail or email those forms to us here at the association.
With a few exceptions (see below), please enter statistical data for a full 12 months. The reporting period for most churches runs from September to August or October to September.
Exceptions: With this year being so different, only count the average worship, discipleship, next gen, women’ ministry, and Sunday school attendance on weeks that you met in person before any shutdown. For many of our churches, this means use the average attendance for Sundays between Sept/Oct 2019 and the end of February 2020.
