In the month of May, Storehouse added two (2) new food pantry churches: Mt. Sinai (Rev. Pierce Slade) and Iglesia Comunidad de Fe Atlanta (Rev. Abner Ruiz). Through these partnerships, Storehouse has been able to connect with many neighbors in need in these areas. Rev. Slade shared recently how this food is helping several senior citizens along with others. Comunidad de Fe helped Storehouse provide boxes to families at Cheatham Hill Elementary School. This ministry will continue even during the summer months. Storehouse is extremely grateful for the partnership we have with our food pantry churches.
Storehouse provided the following during the month of May, 2024:

1,485 individuals assisted
764 children assisted
283 senior citizens assisted
503 boxes distributed
31,105 pounds distributed
2,205 sack lunches distributed
$611.83 in utility assistance
Our outstanding volunteers donated 477 hours of their valuable time. Storehouse could never operate without these dear servants. They truly show the love of Christ in all they do.
The Vacation Bible School Food Drive was announced and promoted. This food drive has been very successful in the past, and Storehouse is always grateful for any donations.
